Bon Anniveraire, Julia!

Dear Julia,

In honor of your centennial, I will now tell you that our restaurant-style ten burner stove was named after you.

And here I am reminded of the limerick you recited in honor of your cooking partner Jacque during one of your programs:

There once was a chef from Lyon
His knife work was tres bon,
His charcuterie was very nice
And his sausage wasn't bad either.
